1, What do you want site visitors to do when they first land on your home page?
2, What is the objective, or ultimate aim of the site?
3, List everything that your site visitor will need to know to fulfil the objective of the site.
4, Name a few sites that you have visited recently that you liked in terms of design and presentation and a few sites that you really do not like. (This will give us a fair indication of what site presentation you are looking for)

1. The Consultation
A consultation is for us to collate all the information we need to understand your company and meet your desired needs.
2. The Brief
From all the information we have collated during the consultation, we will put together a brief outlining what we believe you require with a rough estimate of the cost implication.
3. Content
Once the Consultation and Brief are agreed, you will receive a word document with blank pages containing headers for each page of the site; as well as providing a rough out line of the text, we would like you to provide photos for these pages too wherever possible.
(We can provide imagery from a number of libraries at a small cost, these costs will be verified by yourself and payment for these must be upfront)
4. Commencement
Once furnished with a signed proposal, content document, we will commence with the project.
Projects vary from days, weeks to months and if the project is greater than a months worth of work, we will break the project into monthly milestones.

Visuals will be provided for you to look at and agree to; once a visual has been approved and refined, we will proceed to turn these proposals into a real website and insert your content.
6. Completion and Sign-off
Once the project is completed and we have completed vigorous stress testing, we will provide you access to a working version (not live) on a CD/DVD, instructions on how to read the discs will be detailed. When you are happy we will be able to set-up your website with your hosting company and your website will be live.
7. Finding & Resolution of Faults
All sites are provided with a 12 week Fault finding and Resolution Warranty, if you find any problems with the site during this term, we will fix them all free of charge and during this term, all updates to current pages are free, if you wish to add pages during this term there will be a fee.
